Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly projections and hit rate ratios.

Oversee proposal consolidation, ensuring margin protection and competitive pricing.
Manage CRM entries, track project sales updates, and oversee closures.
Coordinate with the credit control team for collections and fieldwork synergy.
Support in handling customer grievances, including damages, complaints, and order discrepancies.
Review contracts, identify deviations, and liaise with internal teams for resolution.
Ensure timely reporting and adherence to standard company reporting structures.
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to track project developments and site progress.
Provide technical support on product solutions and drive service excellence.
Ensure smooth installation and service operations in coordination with key partners.
Promote a diverse product and sales mix for sustainable revenue generation.

Preferred experience in Low voltage technology: BMS, Home automation, Switch Gear, System Integration, Access Control related products.
Dealing with Accounts/Contractors/MEP Contractors/Sub-contractors/Aluminum fabricators/System providers/OEM’s/Clients/Fit-outs etc. with minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation)
Must have a valid UAE Driving License with own car
