Achieve budgeted sales turnover, gross profit (GP), and DSO targets on a monthly and annual basis.
Strengthen key revenue account relationships and build long-term partnerships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
Assist the UAE Distribution Sales Manager in strategic planning and execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and operational guidelines.
Provide first-level support for customer grievances (damages, complaints, incorrect deliveries).
Maintain an accurate business forecast with at least a 3-month backlog of confirmed projects.
Track, follow up, and update leads from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
Manage partner accounts for relationship and project coordination.
Offer technical support and product solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement and align with business processes, revenue models, and sales channels.
Promote a diverse range of products and sales channels to optimize revenue streams.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
UAE driving license with own car.
Preferred experience in construction channels/engineering goods/door hardware industry, dealing with distributors, retailers, fit out, Ironmongery packagers, fabricators, contractor’s, building owners, etc. with minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience.
Preferred sales experience in manual door systems, door hardware, automatic door control systems, access control and related industries.
Good written & spoken English business language skills.
Field & method competency in distributors/dealers management, sales know how in channel sales & general technical competency.
