Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Analysis


  • Assess the current state of client security infrastructures.
  • Develop tailored future-state visions aligned with clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through detailed gap analysis.
  • Design strategic roadmaps to enhance client security postures.
  • Foster alignment among key stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field CISO team to drive results.

C-Level Engagement


  • Engage with C-level executives at existing accounts and prospective clients.
  • Represent the organization at customer-focused events organized in the field.
  • Expand customer engagement to include more C-level decision-makers.

Team Enablement


  • Contribute to weekly regional and area team meetings.
  • Mentor account teams on strategies for successful C-level engagement.
  • Develop and share scalable best practices for effective executive interactions.
  • Partner with the enablement team to implement these practices across regions.

Market Positioning


  • Provide feedback to the marketing team to ensure messaging resonates with C-level audiences.
  • Attend and speak at company-hosted virtual and in-person marketing events.
  • Contribute content for marketing initiatives such as blogs, webinars, and similar efforts.

Sales Support


  • Review proposals to ensure they align with client expectations and needs.
  • Offer guidance to account teams and assist with RFP responses when required.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in enterprise security architecture.
  • Deep understanding of both current and emerging security technologies and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing strategic security roadmaps.
  • Strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen.
  • Proven ability to mentor and enable sales teams effectively.
