Sales Director - Russia & CIS Market

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Director, Russia & CIS Market to join at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients. Where you will manage, add significant value and grow the Russia and CIS market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our luxury villas and suites, cultivating and nurturing key relationships with locally based Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and top-tier agents across the region. The Sales Director will work to position One&Only The Palm as the leading luxury destination for high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients, driving revenue and maintaining strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Strategy & Sales Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Russia and CIS market, focusing on villas and suites sales to luxury clients and exclusive travel partners. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, including DMCs, top-tier travel agents, and luxury concierge services within the Russia and CIS region. • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and bookings for high-end villas and suites by developing targeted campaigns and programs that appeal to the ultra-luxury segment, ensuring that One&Only The Palm remains the preferred choice for VIP clientele. • Client Development: Identify and pursue opportunities with key high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients from the region, offering tailored experiences and high-touch service. • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the Russia and CIS markets, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and promotional activities, as well as delivery of outstanding guest experiences for VIP clients. • Sales Targets & KPI Management: Meet or exceed sales targets for villas and suites, with a focus on maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships and key market initiatives. • Networking & Representation: Represent One&Only The Palm at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in the Russia and CIS region to further enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Qualifications & Requirements: • Proven track record in luxury hotel sales, specifically within the Russia and CIS markets, with a focus on high-end accommodations (villas, suites, etc.). • Strong existing relationships with DMCs and high-tier travel agents within the region, with a deep understanding of the local luxury travel landscape. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Russian (additional languages are a plus). • A strong network in the luxury travel sector, including contacts with concierge services, private travel planners, and high-net-worth individuals. • A strategic thinker with the ability to execute detailed tactical plans to achieve sales goals and drive market share. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure. • Familiarity with hotel Salesforce systems, sales tools, and market analysis platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
