The role will involve overseeing sales operations across the MENA region and managing a team of 5+ sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HVAC sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional targets. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans across the MENA region. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. - Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. - Travel within the MENA region for client meetings and market analysis. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with HVAC experience), or Building Services Engineering. - Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC industry. - Strong network of existing clients and contacts - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
