About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and develop our secondary-market sales team. With an existing team of 10 professionals, the Sales Director will have the opportunity to refine current processes, implement new strategies, and scale the team to achieve ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the secondary market.


- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing secondary sales team.


- Build and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline secondary-market operations.


- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and actionable insights to the team.


- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.


- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the secondary real estate market.
