Role: Sales & Design Manager (Luxury Sanitaryware & Kitchens)

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales & Design Manager to join our client’s Dubai team. In this pivotal role, you will combine your sales acumen with design expertise to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. You will manage day-today sales activities, engage directly with clients, and ensure that every project meets the high standards of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth in the high-end market. Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on luxury sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, and wardrobes.
- Design Consultation & Management: Provide expert design consultation to clients, helping them choose the best products and solutions to match their needs. Ensure that design proposals align with the client’s vision and the brand’s luxury standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with highprofile clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience from the initial consultation through to project completion.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated with the latest trends in sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, and wardrobe designs. Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and design principles.
- Multicultural Engagement: Work effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding the unique needs of a diverse client base in Dubai and beyond.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement in sales strategies and client engagement.
- Sales & Design Expertise: Proven experience in sales and design within the luxury or high-end product sectors, particularly in sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, and wardrobes.
- Customer Service Excellence: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of different cultural expectations and preferences.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Sales, Design, or related areas are advantageous.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
