Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws and regulations.
Assess potential clients’ profiles and provide the most suitable immigration options and solutions based on their goals and plans.
Provide clients with an understanding of the immigration process and laws through proposals, consultations, and one-on-one meetings.
Assist with, interact with, and communicate with clients on a daily basis, ensuring timely and effective support.
Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
Provide information and guidance concerning medical exams, police certificates, and other document requirements.
Conduct research on recent immigration news, policies, and trends.
Stay updated on changes to requirements and processing fees.
Manage databases and use CRM systems effectively to track client interactions and progress.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate immigration solutions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently driving revenue growth.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications
Degree in business, economics, marketing, or other relevant disciplines; a master’s or an advanced degree will be considered an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

High competency in the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
