Sales Business Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Adstands Advertising. We specialize in digital and large format printing, signage, event installations, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the advertising production field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales reports
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, specifically in the advertising production industry
• Strong understanding of market trends and client needs in digital printing, signage, and event installations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
