About the job Sales & Business Development Executive Sales & Business Development Executive Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in art, production, or interior design. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of art production techniques and processes and the ability to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and suggest alternative options where necessary.

This role requires direct client engagement, including cold calling, client visits, and in-person meetings, making a valid UAE drivers license and own car essential. The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable dealing with a diverse range of clients.


Key Responsibilities

- Understand client needs and requirements in the art, production, and interior design sectors, ensuring the right solutions are proposed.


- Effectively communicate production techniques and feasibility to clients, providing guidance on suitable options based on materials, processes, and design constraints.


- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct engagement, meetings, and consistent follow-ups.


- Travel to client sites, showrooms, and project locations to present products, discuss requirements, and secure deals.


- Work closely with internal teams, including production and design, to ensure projects align with client expectations and feasibility constraints.


- Think creatively and strategically to identify new sales opportunities, suggest alternative solutions, and drive revenue growth.


- Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline, tracking client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.


- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


- Stay highly organized to manage multiple projects and clients effectively in a fast-paced environment.


- Adapt communication styles to work with a diverse range of clients, from corporate professionals to creatives and high-net-worth individuals.


Requirements

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a sales and business development role, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.


- Background in art, production, or interior design is mandatory.


- Strong understanding of production techniques and materials used in art or design-related industries.


- Must have a valid UAE drivers license and own car.


- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.


- Proven ability to analyze client needs and propose feasible solutions based on production capabilities.


- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for client engagement and sales.


- Ability to think creatively and adapt sales strategies to meet business and client objectives.


- Comfortable working with a diverse client base, including corporate professionals, designers, collectors, and high-net-worth individuals.


- Must be a proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, actively engages with colleagues, shares valuable insights, and contributes to a positive and results-driven workplace.
