Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance in finding products.
• Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues or complaints in a friendly and timely manner.

2.Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the store's products, services, and current promotions.
• Demonstrate product features, functionality, and benefits to customers.
