Sales Assistant - Insurance

We are on the lookout for a Sales Assistant with a robust background in the insurance sector to become a key player in our vibrant team located in Dubai. This role is essential for overseeing the company’s insurance portfolio and ensuring smooth operational processes. Your main tasks will include supporting portfolio management, generating quotations for Motor, Medical, and General Insurance lines, and managing daily administrative duties using insurance portals and Microsoft Office tools.

• Portfolio Management: Assist in effectively managing the company's entire insurance portfolio to ensure client satisfaction.
• Quotation Generation: Prepare and generate quotations for Motor, Medical, and General Insurance lines.
• Technical Support: Utilize insurance portals efficiently and adapt quickly to new systems to meet business and client requirements.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform day-to-day operations and communications using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
