Position: Sales Department AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and data analysis using Excel.
- Assist in maintaining smooth communication across various departments and external partners.
- Support in logistics, documentation, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:- Languages: Fluency in English and Swahili is mandatory.
- OR Languages: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Experience: Background in electronics distribution is a significant advantage, but candidates from diverse industries will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
