We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Associate to join our sales department. The person will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include:
Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
Research and generate potential customers.
Assist customers in identifying their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, trainings.
Help develop customer relationships and retain existing accounts.
Updating documents, sales records and system.
Observing and carrying out sales processes.
Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
Assisting managers with negotiations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Upper-intermediate level of English
Strong self-motivation.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
