Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets and business growth.
  • Closing Deals: Own the entire sales process, from the first contact to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM software to track leads, monitor client interactions, and manage follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align on strategies, optimize lead quality, and ensure seamless client onboarding.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on B2B cold calling and closing.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present solutions effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: You’re results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust tactics based on client feedback and market trends.
