Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team for one of the leading Facility Management companies in Dubai, UAE. 

To collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development team to drive sales efforts, market research, client outreach, and business growth strategies. The role focuses on supporting the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in the development of sales presentations and proposals. Responsibilities include managing client communications, coordinating sales campaigns, and providing strategic input to expand market reach. This position combines analytical and creative tasks aimed at increasing revenue and building strong client relationships.


Key Accountabilities 

  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Bring in new customers and grow revenue for the company.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in conducting market research to support the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports to senior management.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including creating copy, managing social media posts, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Organize presentations and events, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate press releases and promotional activities to boost product and brand awareness.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing, sales, and office support materials.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing other marketing-related tasks.
