Charterhouse is working exclusively with a client which offers innovative VR solutions to a wide range of customers globally. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for driving the business growth plan for the UAE market.
About the role
The Sales Account Manager will focus on representing the business across the UAE market, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and industry experts. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who has a demonstrated track record in driving business growth and thrives working in a fast paced, startup environment.
In addition to handling sales activity this person will also help to develop trade marketing strategies and operational best practices to ensure alignment with HQ. This role involves leading a small team, providing daily coaching and guidance to drive high performance and a strong work culture.
About you
To be considered for this role the successful candidate should have a proven track record of 4-5 years driving sales growth, ideally focussed on emerging technologies with experience working in a startup environment. Our client is looking to hire someone with previous leadership experience, who is able to influence and inspire teams. Due to the nature of the role there will be regular travel involved therefore the successful candidate should be willing to travel as per the demands of the business.
