Sales Account Manager APPLY NOWDubai Jazeel 12 Jan 2025 Full time Position Summary:The Sales Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for managing and growingrelationships with major retail and wholesale accounts in the toys sector. The role involvesdeveloping sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring the company’s toys andproducts are well-represented in the market. The SAM will serve as the primary point ofcontact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with the company’sstrategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Account Management: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail and wholesale partners. • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries,concerns, and requests promptly. • Monitor client performance and satisfaction, ensuring long-term partnerships.Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: • Achieve or exceed sales targets by maximizing the potential of key accounts. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth. • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.Market & Product Expertise: • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in thetoys industry. • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that products meetclient needs and market demands.Collaboration & Coordination: • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, supply chain, and customer service) to ensuretimely delivery and high service quality. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities.Reporting & Analysis: • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on account activities andprogress. • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informedrecommendations for account strategies.Negotiation & Contract Management: • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms with clients. • Ensure agreements align with company policies and profitability targets.Key Competencies: • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative and accountability. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
