RPA DEVELOPER

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering RPA projects, expertise across various RPA tools, and knowledge of integrating AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and analyze process automation opportunities.
• Implement RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with AI tools for advanced automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents and solution design documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes.
• Train internal teams on RPA best practices and technical aspects of the solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and AI technologies and recommend best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum X years in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
• Expertise: Hands-on experience with multiple RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Certifications: Certifications in any leading RPA tool (UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or equivalent).
• AI Integration: Experience in integrating RPA with AI/ML tools for intelligent automation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, .NET, Java, and API integration.
