▪ Ability to conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation / induction ▪ HSE awareness sessions to workers▪ Understand and implement Journey Management Plan▪ Awareness on H2S & Breathing Apparatus where applicable▪ Ability to understand and participate in Transport Safety/Road SafetyRisk Assessments▪ Ability to conduct Vehicle inspections with thorough knowledge on thesafety devices▪ Ability to understand and implement Transport Emergency responseplans/procedures▪ Ability to prepare Road Safety awareness training materials, maintaindatabase, and generate reports from IVMS or equivalent▪ Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skillsRequirementsMinimum 2-4 Years of experience in any industry. At least 1 year of experience in managing and implementing Road Safetyaspects and with a specific focus on IVMS data generation and reportsAny Bachelor Degree OR Diploma (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)Minimum one of the following: ▪ NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)▪ Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)Mandatory: IVMS Software expertise & UAE Driving licenseOther HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage
