Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager – Asia & Middle East (Software)

Overview: This role focuses on supporting Lead Countries in adopting software into their business mix and accelerating software revenue in their markets. The responsibilities include driving product adoption, providing training, and aligning efforts with marketing and product positioning to ensure that products meet local business needs.
Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
- Driving Adoption and Go-to-Market (G2M) Strategies by helping Lead Countries accelerate software revenue by providing them with the tools, content, and training necessary to succeed in collaboration with S&OE.
- Introducing Marketing Kits and Localized Training. Here you will Support Lead Countries with tailored materials to match the unique market needs of their countries.
- You will align the company’s software offerings with the business mix in each country to ensure they meet local market demands and achieve best Portfolio Positioning
- Understanding the Value Proposition is key. Your strong understanding of the software products/services being offered, particularly how they fit within the context of the Lead Countries specific market or customer base.
- Work closely with the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) team to steer revenue performance and go-to-market (G2M) strategies.
- Engage with other Tech Units and governance functions, including sales, marketing, and partners, to ensure consistency in communication and alignment of strategies. Serve as a liaison between SW Tech Unit, S&OE team, and Lead Countries to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources.
- Understand regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and integrate this knowledge into revenue and marketing efforts.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and bootcamps to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Lead Countries.
- Assist Lead Countries in integrating software solutions into their portfolios, ensuring they understand and can effectively promote the software products.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and software adoption initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a reputable university or college.
- Your bring with 8+ years of proven experience in developing training and adoption materials and tools for smart building software and digital offerings.
- You have a strong understanding of IoT solutions for energy management, CAFM software, digital twins, operational management software, and other software solutions for smart buildings and cities.
- Strong ability to create and deliver presentations, marketing kits, and enablement collateral.
- In-depth understanding of go-to-market strategies, especially for software products.
- Several years of experience in product positioning, value proposition communication, and product launch in local markets.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product management) and drive alignment on objectives.
- Your outstanding Market Research & Analytical Skills are advantageous in this role.
- Experience in smart building software revenue operations across multiple geographies.
- Prior experience working with software products or in a similar role is big advantage.
- Experience working in international markets is a big added value.
- Certifications related to revenue operations, business development, or partner management.
- Ability to travel is a must requirement for this role.
