At Stella Stays - You will:


As a Revenue Lead at Stella Stays, you will play a pivotal role in managing our presence across online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), search engines, and direct booking channels. You will be responsible for optimizing room inventory, implementing dynamic pricing strategies, and analyzing channel performance to maximize revenue. Working closely with sales, marketing, and on-ground teams, you will ensure alignment in e-distribution strategies, effective execution of pricing strategies across all locations, and monitoring local events to adjust pricing accordingly. Additionally, you will oversee wholesale pricing and wholesale channels to maximize revenue streams.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Stella Stays' presence on OTAs, GDS, search engines, direct booking channels, and wholesale channels.


  • Ensure visibility and competitiveness with accurate content, prices, and availability.


  • Monitor room availability, rates, and restrictions to optimize pricing and control inventory.


  • Keep an eye on local events and market dynamics to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.


  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.


  • Analyze channel performance to identify income-boosting opportunities unique to Stella Stays.


  • Develop and implement rate strategies tailored to market demand, competitor landscape, and local events.


  • Utilize Stella Stays' preferred channel leads, revenue management systems, and online booking engines.


  • Explore emerging platforms and technologies customized for distribution needs.


  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information tailored to Stella Stays' operations for efficient decision-making.


  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and local events to inform pricing strategies.


  • Work closely with sales, performance marketing, and other departments to align e-distribution strategies.


  • Collaborate with on-ground teams to execute pricing strategies effectively across all locations.



Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.


  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, revenue management principles, and pricing strategies.


  • Proficiency in channel management tools, revenue management systems, and online booking engines.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
