  • Execute efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures, handle cash transactions, and manage daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the other sales team to not only meet but surpass designated sales targets by proactively upselling and cross-selling products, proposing suitable alternatives, and delivering product knowledge aligned with customer requirements.
  • Actively supervise and maintain the appearance and arrangement of the retail floor, guaranteeing that merchandise displays are enticing, well-supplied, and appropriately tagged to stimulate customer curiosity and enhance sales.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to outperform established sales benchmarks, taking the initiative to upsell and cross-sell products, recommend fitting choices, and provide product expertise that aligns with customer preferences.
  • Join forces with the sales team to go beyond assigned sales objectives by taking the lead in upselling and cross-selling products, offering viable alternatives, and furnishing product wisdom that resonates with customer needs.
  • Acting as a Retail Sales Executive, you'll engage customers with a welcoming approach, aiding them in product inquiries, preferences, and purchases to shape their shopping experience positively.

المهارات

  • Sales Experience : Prior experience in retail or sales, particularly in Electronics/ICT or related fields, is preferred.
  • Technical Experience : Technical Experience in diagnosis and repair of laptops/computers/mobiles & tablets are a plus.
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with the retail products and services on offer, enabling confident and informed interactions with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing expert recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communication: Adept at building rapport with customers through effective verbal and written communication, ensuring a personalized shopping experience that meets their needs and fosters lasting relationships.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about the comprehensive range of retail offerings, enabling me to provide customers with comprehensive insights, answer queries, and guide them toward well-informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed set sales objectives, utilizing a strategic approach and an in-depth understanding of effective sales tactics.
  • Possessing a strong aptitude for sales, I have successfully employed various persuasive methods to consistently meet and surpass sales benchmarks, delivering impressive outcomes.
