The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Retail Performance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and growth of our department store and perfumery channels in Dubai. You will have the exciting opportunity to implement and execute brand strategies for Puig beauty brands; Dries Van Noten, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Rabanne in Dubai.
In this role, your focus will be on building and motivating high-performing teams, driving sales and fostering brand loyalty through outstanding client experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients experience exceptional service that reflects the values of our esteemed brands.
What you'll get to do
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, inspire and mentor Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and passion for the brands. Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, storytelling and service excellence for all team members. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to provide feedback, recognize achievements and identify areas for improvement. Track performance and collaborate with the Education Manager to develop training plans and focus areas. Build trust and rapport across all levels, empowering individuals to take ownership of their roles while fostering a shared sense of purpose. Build a positive and inclusive team environment
Retail Performance and Sell-Out Management
Monitor and analyse sell-out performance across department stores and perfumery channels to identify growth opportunies. Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets and ensure sell-through success for all brands. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, store managers and potential clients, to strengthen the brands' market positioning. Ensure stock availability and efficient merchandising to maximize sales potential. Deliver regular performance reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations on market opportunities. Ensure the highest level of customer service and client experience is delivered by all team members, aligned with each brand’s values and standards. Oversee the implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual merchandising, counter presentation and in-store activations and provide regular feedback to the Retail Design & VM Team.
OCA Management and Execution
Assist in the planning and execution of the in-store activations and events to boost awareness and sales for the brands. Coordinate with retailer teams to ensure flawless event execution and follow-up to measure success. Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on events to improve future activations. Ensure profitability and return on investment for key initiatives, including in-store activations and podiums
We'd love to meet you if you have
Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail performance management, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry. Demonstrated success in driving sales and developing teams across multiple retail channels Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added value.
