We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Retail Manager to oversee a network of stores for a prestigious luxury fashion brand

Description
Manage and support a network of stores within the region, ensuring consistent brand standards and exceptional customer service.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance store performance.Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions.Collaborate with the global head office and other regional managers to align on brand strategies and initiatives.Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations and driving business growth.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make strategic business decisions.Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
