As a dedicated member of the Commercial team, the Retail Executive will work closely with the CRM & E-Commerce Manager to facilitate the performance, development, and client experience of the internal and external network in the MEIA, in line with the Maison’s and the market’s global strategy.
As an Ambassador for the brand, the Retail Executive will support in the achievement of the business targets in the network by ensuring operational excellence.
Visit boutiques frequently to supervise all the business aspects and ensure application of all Maison guidelines Ensure boutique teams are aware of and aligned to the Maison’s standards (experience, service, sales skills) Organize CS platform visits for Client Advisors and the commercial team Support with scheduling and organizing trainings for the retail staff, as per Maison requirements With your innovative and creative mindset, you will contribute to pushing the boundaries and offer unforgettable client experiences and activations Using your excellent organisational skills, you will manage the daily retail operations following the Maison’s procedures and policies
Knowledge and Professional skills
Excellent analytical and online skills. Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be a self-starter, resourceful and comfortable working in a small team environment where self-sufficiency is essential. Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Your Mission
CRM & COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND MONITORING Support with the implementation of action plans in the whole network Assist with compiling monthly client data reports to boutiques Prepare and extract reports to be shared with MEIA country managers Ensure all boutique teams have access to the Clienteling app Monitor the client data capture and accuracy in the boutiques Deduplicate client accounts and reassign ambassadors upon request
CLIENT EXPERIENCE & BOUTIQUE ACTIVATION SUPERVISION
Tailor a boutique activation catalogue for the MEIA region in collaboration with the CRM team Boutique activations and gift tracking follow-up (ROI results) Collaborate with the marketing team on gifting occasions and events Tailor a new gift catalogue and strategy in collaboration with CRM team Liaise with CRM HQ on digital assets and newsletters and for cultural festivities
