About the Job: 


The role of a Guest Service Assistant is to welcome Guests to Wild Wadi Retail outlets, selling, upselling and cross selling Retail and F&B items, receive payments, and refund unused key value credits. 


They are also there to provide the Guest with an unforgettable Retail experience by delivering the highest standards of Guest Service in compliance with Wild Wadi and Jumeirah Culture.


  • To understand and follow all Jumeirah and Wild Wadi Procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure Guests receives the highest standards of quality and service at all times.
  • Uphold integrity by understanding and adhering to all proper wristband handling, cash handling and point of sale procedures in order to contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of Retail items sold in retail outlets in order to up-sell and increase revenue and per capita spending. 
  • To exude a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our Guests and fellow Colleagues in order to support the Jumeirah Vision, Guiding Principles, Hallmarks and Wild Wadi Waterpark Mission Statement. 
  • To completely satisfy each Guest by greeting and helping them while maintaining a professional appearance at all times and ensuring fast speed of Transaction, explanation of wristbands and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlets which will contribute to the success of the organization shown in the Customer Satisfaction Index results.
  • To be fully aware and knowledgeable of all retail products, promotions, general park info and products sold at the refund counter in order to promote, suggest and up-sell the key value credits and products to the Guest which will in turn increase revenue, per capita spending and Guest satisfaction.

About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 


  • Completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
  • Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential)
  • Previous experience in Retail Industry
  • Open minded toward a multi-national organization
