Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.


  • Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff to provide outstanding guest experiences.


  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.


  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.


  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and improve profitability.


  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.


  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to curate seasonal menus and maintain authentic Italian flavors.


  • Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special event planning.


  • Analyze financial reports, track key performance metrics, and optimize operations.


  • Foster a welcoming and team-oriented work environment.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.


  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining culture.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.


  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.


  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.


  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
