You will lead the team in providing excellent shisha and dining services, ensuring high-quality offerings and a stylish atmosphere that aligns with the luxurious brand image.

• Oversee daily operations of the Shisha Lounge, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase lounge popularity.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, coordinating with suppliers to ensure high-quality shisha and beverages.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and manage lounge performance metrics, including revenue, cost control, and staff productivity.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Promote the lounge through marketing and advertising initiatives, both online and offline.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establishment standards.
• Prepare and present reports on lounge performance to senior management.
