Our growing and thriving Lebanese restaurant is seeking a passionate and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Lebanese cuisine and culture, as well as excellent customer service and management skills.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial reporting.
* Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu offerings and special events.
* Build strong relationships with customers and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern establishment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
