We are seeking a Reservation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C reservations, finding new clients, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for both property owners and guests.
Job Responsibilities:
B2B and B2C Reservation Management
- Manage all inbound and outbound reservations for holiday homes, ensuring smooth processes from booking through to check-out.
- Handle both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and online channels.
- Ensure accurate reservation entries in the system, making adjustments and confirming bookings as needed.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings, cancellations, or modifications.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive guest experience, which encourages repeat business.
New Client Acquisition (B2B & B2C)
- B2B: Proactively identify and build relationships with new corporate clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and businesses needing group accommodations.
- B2C: Engage with individual customers to promote available properties, generate leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various sales strategies (cold outreach, networking, attending industry events) to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Client Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring reservations are managed smoothly and efficiently.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure client communication is aligned with promotions and offers, boosting bookings.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding property availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest requirements and expectations are met.
Managing Reservations Systems and Data
- Utilize property management software (PMS) and booking platforms to manage availability, rates, and bookings.
- Ensure that all bookings are confirmed and accurately recorded in the system.
- Monitor and update reservation status to ensure an up-to-date calendar.
- Generate and maintain regular reports on booking performance, occupancy rates, and client acquisition metrics.
Finding New Business Opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement new channels for acquiring clients and increasing brand visibility.
- Identify new target markets (both B2B and B2C), conduct market research, and develop strategies to capture new business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position the company’s holiday homes effectively.
- Seek out new partnership opportunities to enhance the company’s exposure and increase reservation volume (e.g., partnerships with online travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients).
Managing Special Requests and Customization
- Handle special requests from clients and ensure personalized experiences (e.g., group bookings, special event arrangements, etc.).
- Coordinate with the property operations team to ensure the fulfillment of special guest requests, like concierge services, transportation and etc.
SALARY - From AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
