Research work, data analysis and recruitment.
Preparing market mappings assigned by respective line manager.
Conducting searches on databases and portals to meet hiring criteria.
Manage our CRM system by keeping candidates records up-to-date and accurate.
Performing research and producing reports as and when required.
Multi-task several different projects and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Assist Managing Partners in background when required.
Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to understand the client better, role
and job market in the region.
Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being worked on across various clients which
serves as a personal database.
Preparing candidates CV in desired report format

Requirements

Recent graduates
Bachelors Degree in any field, Master’s degree is a plus.
Must be on parent's sponsorship visa (ready to provide NOC)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
Career driven.
Dynamic candidate possessing a pleasant & outgoing personality.
Should be extremely driven and motivated with a strong willingness to learn & grow.
Ability to work part of a team as well as autonomously.
Highly motivated to be part of a multinational organization.
