1. General Administrative Coordination:- Assist researchers in preparing research documents, including protocols, consent forms,reports, and presentations.- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to Institutional Review Boards(IRBs), ethics committees, and other regulatory bodies for various projects.Ensure all research activities comply with institutional policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatoryrequirements.2. Communication and Liaison:- Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from multiple researchers,ensuring clear and effective communication.- Assist in preparing and distributing progress reports, updates, and summaries.3. Training and Development:- Assist in training new staff members on administrative procedures, compliance requirements,and institutional policies.- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices inresearch administration and project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Sciences,Public Health, or a related field required.• Postgraduate certification in Research Administration,Healthcare Administration, or a related advanced programpreferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative supportrole, preferably in a research or academic setting in providingadministrative support, including scheduling, documentation,and communication.
