A leading Fintech company is looking for a meticulous and experienced Reporting Specialist to manage financial records, handle daily accounting
tasks, and prepare insightful financial reports. This role requires a professional with excellent attention to detail, meticulous
bookkeeping skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support business decision-making through accurate reporting..
Duties/Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements, card accounts, and other financial statements.
Maintain accurate ledgers and update the general ledger with journal entries.
Manage accounts receivable (invoices, collections) and accounts payable (bills, payments).
Process payroll, including deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Handle expense tracking, including petty cash management.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
Prepare budget vs. actual reports and identify discrepancies or variances.
Create custom financial reports to track KPIs and support management decision-making.
Assist in preparing year-end reports for tax filing and audits.
Provide forecasts and projections based on financial data trends.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, laws, and regulations.
