The selected contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
Surface preparation, including cleaning and priming where necessary.
Repainting of parking bays, pedestrian walkways, drive way and other designated areas.
Application of directional arrow markings.
Numbering of parking spaces as per the provided layout.
Use of high-quality, durable, and slip-resistant paint suitable for parking areas.
Ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to safety regulations.
Proposal Requirements Interested contractors must submit a proposal that includes:.
Detailed breakdown of costs for Basement 1 and Basement 2 separately.
Proposed timeline for completion of each section.
Types of paint and materials to be used.
Proposals should be submitted after the site inspection for proper size and calculation.
The repainting of curb area, walls base and pillar base should also be considered in the proposal
