Binance is actively seeking an accomplished Strategy & Operations Lead to guide our expansion plans throughout the MENASA region. The candidate will play a vital role in shaping strategies for new product launches, in addition to fostering crucial relationships with our internal tech and global marketing teams to optimize operational processes and business models.
Responsibilities:
Ensure regional business compliance with local regulations whilst ensuring consistency (where applicable) to central policies and processes
Drive ideation and strategy creation while building a mid-term roadmap to boost regional user growth
Formulate pivotal industry and consumer insights for the region using a diverse array of internal and external resources
Assist business owners and country managers in innovating new strategies, elevating operational standards, and executing business models effectively
Oversee regional and key country marketing activities and performance
Collaborate closely with Lifecycle and Performance Marketing teams to promote growth initiatives across the most efficacy-oriented channels
Collaborate closely with central teams to address local operational issues
Act as the primary project manager for key turnkey projects
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in operations and marketing with a solid understanding of growth tactics and a proven record of working within high-performing teams
Strong data-focused outlook with the capacity to analyze critical data and foster a more data-driven approach within the company
Strategic, detail-focused and hands-on approach to problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills for building and managing relationships internally, cross-functionally and with external partners
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative, accurately assess risk and rewards, and lead innovative sustainable operations
An inherent passion for the field of crypto and digital assets
