We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure a positive patient experience. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries when required.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation of treatments, assessments, and progress.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and examination rooms.
Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns.
Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on nursing best practices.
Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinic environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
Current DHA/HAAD/MOH license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably within a clinic or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and nursing best practices.
Excellent communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations effectively.
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other medical software.
Attention to detail and high standards for patient care and safety.
