Regional Service Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Service Specialist for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Responsibility-

• Responsible for regional after-sales service development planning and optimization. Responsible for monitoring and improving regional after-sales service operation.
• Lead the inspection and evaluation of dealers' service capabilities, formulate rectification plans and promote their implementation.
• Take the lead in evaluating the service capability of new dealers, negotiating, signing and renewing after-sales service agreements. Responsible for monitoring and improving regional user satisfaction.
• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of annual after-sales service plans in the regional market.
• Responsible for tracking and researching regional service policies, regulations and market information. Lead the preparation of after-sales service for new vehicles in the regional market.
