About the Company:
Our client has been a leader in distribution and marketing premium bakery, industrial kitchen, hospital, and supermarket equipment for over 20 years. They are an exclusive distributor of products from a global supplier specializing in conveyor belts, buffer and storage systems, proofers, and refrigeration and freezer equipment, a renowned Netherlands-based company with over 100 years of industry expertise.
They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead their commercial development efforts. In this role, youll be at the forefront of building strategic customer relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring success across their product portfolio, including integrated lines, components, and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and expand brand awareness in the region.
- Collaborate with product management, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, generate actionable proposals, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Ensure seamless delivery processes, address client inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Manage pre-sales processes, sales contracts, and CRM data to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Lead client sales meetings, prepare quotations, and organize project layouts.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to stay updated on market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in the food industry, selling large integrated machinery lines, with a proven track record of success.
- A hunter mentality with a strong ability to drive the sales process from strategy to closure.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven with exceptional negotiation and networking skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing decision-makers at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in sales engineering.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with a passport allowing visa-free travel in the region.
Salary Range - AED 24,000 + 26,000 + Benefits
