Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Cybersecurity company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts across the Middle East, specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in BFSI, government, and commercial sectors, deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance frameworks, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales, business development, and marketing strategies to expand the company's GRC footprint across the Middle East.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Oversee and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies related to cybersecurity and GRC.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within the cybersecurity industry, focusing on GRC solutions in the UAE and Middle East.
- Strong network and experience in multinational cybersecurity firms.
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2.
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Expertise in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
