At Coty MEA, we’re on a mission to serve our customers by building deep, strategic partnerships with our online retailers and platforms. As a Regional Retail Media & Consumer Experience Manager focused on the MEA markets, your goal is to create and execute robust, insight-driven Joint Business Plans that position Coty as one of the most admired beauty companies in the online retail space. 


You’ll support the growth of our existing eCommerce business while continuously hunting for new opportunities to scale our reach, visibility, and sales across key platforms in MEA. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with operational excellence, and we're looking for someone who’s as passionate about beauty as they are about performance. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Develop & Execute Retail Media & Content Strategy – Lead Coty’s Retail Media efforts in MEA across performance search, display, and other retail media solutions, ensuring alignment with national digital media strategies. 


  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with Media, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive media mix, optimizing for both brand awareness and conversion. 


  • Industry & Innovation Leadership – Stay ahead of retail media trends, industry tools, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 


  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze eCommerce performance data to identify top media opportunities that drive sales, market share, and ROI. 


  • Retail Media Advocacy & Thought Leadership – Establish best practices and influence Coty’s global approach to Retail Media by pioneering innovative strategies and knowledge-sharing across regions. 


  • Budget & Agency Management – Plan, monitor, and control Retail Media budgets, working in coordination with Marketing & eCommerce teams. Manage relationships with Retail Media agencies and key platform partners (e.g., Amazon). 


  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement – Prepare and present insights, strategies, and business cases to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on Retail Media priorities. 


  • Retail Media Partner Relationships – Build and nurture strong relationships with leading Retail Media networks and ecosystem partners to drive business growth. 


THE IDEAL COTY FIT 


  • Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital media, with a strong background in Paid Search. Direct experience with Amazon Ads is a major plus. 


  • Strategic & Creative Mindset – Passionate about the future of Retail Media Networks and eager to pioneer new strategies in this space. 


  • eCommerce & Performance Marketing Expertise – Understanding of Paid, Owned, and Earned Media in an eCommerce context and how they impact sales. 


  • Analytical & Data-Driven – Strong proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excel proficiency (including advanced functions) is a must. 


  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization, including non-technical stakeholders. 


  • Presentation & Reporting Skills – Skilled at creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and presenting to senior management.
