The position will have a significant impact on the growth targets & sales numbers for the MEA region. The candidate is expected to contribute both in strategic thinking, tactics planning and operational execution of the line-of-business activities internally and externally). As the role entails supporting teams & working across HQ, regions and functions great organizational and communication skills are needed as well as a drive to create results. Working closely with various stakeholders both within Novonesis and externally is a key part of the role. The position will be based out of Istanbul or Dubai and will report directly into Head of Marketing & BD - Food & Beverages BioSolutions, MEIA . The right candidate can mature into the role of the regional leadership for the particular geography over the next few years.Responsibilities :Regional leadership team -working on strategic/tactical projects & business governanceChampioning business priority in marketing discussions and marketing validations in business consultationsGlobal Marketing Team participation – bringing in global insights & representing the region globallySupport new product development & go-to-market plan in collaboration with business developmentDevelop regional marketing and growth plans for all sub-industries (e.g. - Mid-term Plans)Collaborate with public affairs teams ( where applicable ) to drive medium to long term projectsBuild, secure and strengthen connect at leading Customers - lead ideations, customer days and workshopsLeading global initiatives regionally (e.g. customizing global launches for regions )Develop compelling storyline and creative propositions, for next generation technology and offeringsDrive implementation of Marketing Communication and digital marketing strategy planLead customer segmentation, mapping exercise and develop customer/channel strategyDrive regional pricing and product strategy and analysisContributing to the commercial excellence -i.e. regional/individual growth plans that are prepared, challenged, executed, and maintainedRequired Skills:Minimum 8 years of work experience in Food & Beverage Industry in Middle East Africa Region.Min 3 years experience in at least one of Baking or Beverages IndustryMSC in Marketing or MBA in Marketing PreferredSuperior communication skills and demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into actionable, measurable goalsProven ability to indirectly lead and motivate teamsCould our purpose be yours?
