Sales Opportunity: Regional Head of Enrollment for Middle East & South Asia (MESA)

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Regional Headto lead our high-energy sales team acrossDubai and Delhi.

As the way we communicate with candidates continues to evolve, this role is pivotal in shaping and driving a modern, data-driven approach to candidate outreach. You will lead a high-achieving team, prospecting and engaging primarily with candidates across India, UAE and the GCC area. The role focuses onoptimizing recruitment strategies using tools like Generative AI and LinkedIn toinitiate and nurture relationships, aiming to move interactions to more meaningful engagements—via video calls, phone, or in-person meetings.

Additionally, as we look to build more sustainable recruitment strategies, you will be tasked with developing alternatives to heavy reliance on Google AdWords, addressing the growing need to reduce acquisition costs while ensuring profitability. Reporting directly to the SVP of Postgraduate Enrollment, you will be part of an elite group of regional leaders shaping the future of our enrollment strategy.Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse regional team including various roles such asproduct heads (managers), enrollment advisors, conversion specialists, and enrollment coordinators across two offices (Dubai and Delhi).

  • Foster a high-performance culture that drives team success and individual achievement.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidanceto ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds enrollment targets and personal development goals.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Collaborate closely with the SVP of Postgraduate Enrollment to create sustainable alternatives to Google AdWords, lowering acquisition costs and improving ROI.

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the organization's goals, specifically focused on the MESA region.

  • Lead the team in leveragingLinkedIn for proactive candidate outreach, ensuring growth in key markets across the postgraduate portfolio.

  • Build and nurture relationships with top regional university feeders anddevelop strategies to create a hedge against excessive reliance on educational partners in South Asia.

  • Constantly refine outreach tactics and implement Generative AI tools to streamline lead generation and engagement, implement AI-based calling, reducing manual effort and increasing personalized outreach efficiency.

  • Establish a stable hub based in India that can service the educational partners in a cost-efficient way and that can serve as a base for a future in-country expansion.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable KPIs for the regional team, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual targets.

  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, such as LinkedIn outreach volume, WhatsApp response times, and conversion rates to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Continuously review team workloads and reallocate resources where necessary to maximize productivity and ensure the team remains focused on high-impact activities.

  • Lower the acquisition cost for the partner-focused side of the business by carefully maximizing the output per indirect EA to offset commission costs.


4. Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as the primary interface for key stakeholders within theMESA regionwith the rest of the organization, specifically in Production, Alumni Relations, Corporate Relationsand other key functions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, institutions, and organizations to support regional growth and visibility.

  • Oversee the region's P&L and profitability, working closely with Central Finance to ensure sustainable growth and financial health.

5. Talent Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the regional sales team, creating a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

  • Implement structured coaching programs and foster a sales-driven culture, ensuring alignment with Hult's values.

  • Inspire a growth mindset, encouraging team members to take ownership of their goals and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong proficiency with big data, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies that are reshaping sales practices and driving innovation.

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership or management, with a proven track record of leading successful, high-performance sales teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across different regions and markets.

  • Demonstrated experience in people management, team development, and fostering collaborative work environments.

  • A deep understanding of customer-focused consultative sales, using active listening and empathy to align candidate needs with program offerings.

  • Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a "nothing is impossible" mindset.

  • Highly adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, processes, methods, and feedback.

  • A Bachelor’s or MBA degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
