Responsibilities & Authorities:
Actively develop the regions and territories assigned as per the global development plan by opening
the doors and creating strategic relations.
Monitor the wholesale and the A&P budget of each account.
Analyse sales and stocks and forecast distributor needs.
Responsible for reaching per account, the annual sales target in value and margin.
Develop and protect the brands image and awareness throughout the markets
Follow-up and provide analysis of the KPI's (market share, sell-in, sell-out, ranking, competition
activities, market trends, traffic).
Manage a team composed of Marketing Manager and Brand Managers.
Provide accurate monthly rolling forecasts.
Negotiate on floor plans enhanced exposure and personalized locations within department stores
and retailers.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team.
Apply the commercial strategy, respect the marketing plan and adapt the trade plan per country.
Ensure of the merchandising guidelines.
Represent the brand during events and launches.
Key Skills & Qualification
To apply for the role, it is necessary for the candidate to have the following:
At least 5 years of commercial experience in Fine Fragrance, Niche Perfume and Beauty in general,
or at least 10 years in the Luxury category.
Must have either managed distributors or led key accounts across a multiple region.
Preferably a French national or a French Speaker
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills
