This role requires solid knowledge of the forex market, a strategic sales focus, and strong leadership to drive and support a successful sales team. Our client is a leading multinational forex trading organization in the UAE.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies tailored to the forex market to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing ongoing consultation and support.Manage a team of business development managers, setting KPIs and coaching them to reach their full potential.Monitor forex market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.Work closely with marketing, compliance, trading, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.Requirements5+ years in sales within the forex or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Strong understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and financial instruments.Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.Effective team leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
