We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on expanding our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing the local market, and driving order closures. You will also be responsible for visiting clients, presenting product samples, and occasionally traveling to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and develop potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry exhibitions, referrals, and social media, email
Establish and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Analyze the local market, including industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Present products and services professionally to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Complete assigned customer acquisition and sales performance targets within the given timeline.

Customer Development Expertise:
Proficiency in using multiple channels (online platforms, social media, trade shows, etc.) to acquire new clients.
Manage customer information, track progress, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a win-win approach.
Capability to gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (B2B or electronic products preferred).
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
