We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant Intern to support our HR team in the recruitment process. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and develop your skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview materials and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Support the HR team in administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee engagement.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Conduct reference checks and assist in background verification processes.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
