Recruitment Coordination
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
• Assist in creating job advertisements, posting jobs on job boards, and updating internal and external job listings.
• Prepare interview materials and ensure all necessary documentation is provided to interviewers and candidates.
Candidate Management
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Screen resumes and initial applications to identify qualified candidates for consideration.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assessments as directed by the Recruitment Manager.
Communication and Support
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding and background checks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist with the preparation of offer letters and other hiring documentation.
Administration and Reporting
• Generate recruitment reports on hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
• Organize and maintain recruitment records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and data privacy regulations.
• Support the Recruitment Manager in analyzing recruitment data to improve processes and efficiency.
General HR Support (as needed)
• Assist with HR administrative duties as required, such as preparing documentation for new hires and arranging orientations.
• Participate in HR meetings, team activities, and training sessions to stay informed on recruitment best practices and company policies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ATS software is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates, team members, and hiring managers Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes Experience using recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
