Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offers, primarily in UAE. Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms. Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent. Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs. Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking). Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Manatal). Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed. Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. Stay updated on employment of UAE laws and best practices in recruitment. Coordinate and manage UAE visa processing and onboarding documentation for new hires: Collect and verify the required documents. Liaise with government relations officer for employment visa application, medical, Emirates ID, and labor contract issuance. Track and follow up on the progress of visa applications to ensure timely joining. Maintain recruitment and visa processing reports for internal tracking and audits. Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing procedures is required. Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws. At least 3 years of work experience. Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Non-tech roles. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
