Job Summary:
The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and coordinating recreational activities for guests. They will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of recreational equipment and supplies.
- Monitor and supervise guests participating in recreational activities.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests to enhance their recreational experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in recreational areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding recreational facilities to the appropriate personnel.
- Promote and encourage participation in recreational activities among guests.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
